Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings to promote optimal oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Assist the dentist during procedures with precision and care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques
• Knowledge of oral health care and disease prevention
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Team collaboration and patient-centered care
