Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with patient care and treatment planning
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Maintain strict sterilization protocols and infection control
• Record patient histories and update electronic health records
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental Assistant certification preferred
• Experience in a dental office setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic records
• Sterilization and infection control practices
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Team collaboration and communication
