Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional dental hygiene services including cleanings, examinations, and patient education
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control standards
Collaborate with dentists to deliver optimal patient care
Use state-of-the-art dental equipment and techniques
Promote oral health and preventive care to patients
Adapt quickly to different practice environments and patient needs

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to high-quality dental care and safety standards

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Thorough knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Proficiency in dental software and record-keeping systems
Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
Attention to detail and strict adherence to infection control protocols
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
