Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dental hygienist with patient care and treatment preparation
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices
• Support the team in delivering high-quality dental care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as Dental Hygienist Assistant preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and protocols
• Proficiency in dental software and charting systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Ability to assist with dental procedures and patient comfort
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
