Shift Type: Monday-Friday, variable 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 4-10 hour days; On-call 1 day a week and every 4th weekend

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in orthopedic and OR robotic surgeries as a Certified Surgical Technologist
• Prepare and set up surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and OR staff
• Ensure accurate inventory and equipment readiness
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
• Participate in competency testing and skill assessments

Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Experience in orthopedic or robotic surgery preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR protocols
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
