Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Create personalized treatment plans that make real differences in daily living
- Collaborate with the care team to boost patient independence and recovery
- Track progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients
- Educate families and staff on therapeutic techniques for lasting impact
Qualifications
- Active COTA license in good standing
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ready for new grads too
- Passionate about helping others regain their spark
- Any experience level welcome including recent graduates
