Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field and support the surgical team
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Assist with patient positioning and monitoring
• Document surgical counts and inventory

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• BLS certification
• No prior experience required, just a passion for surgical tech

Knowledge & Skills

• Surgical instrument handling
• Sterile technique
• BLS knowledge
• Teamwork in the OR
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
