Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility safely
• Monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient status
• Communicate changes in condition clearly to nurses and the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents
• Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to care planning

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Professional attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen as required
• Flexible for travel and available for the full assignment period

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred; active CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Safe patient transfers and proper body mechanics
• Assistance with ADLs and feeding
• Infection control and proper PPE use
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Observational skills to spot subtle changes in condition
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
