Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and team members
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in patient care and safety protocols
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
