Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all
Collaborate with the care team to deliver top-notch support

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable and ready to jump into per diem action

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and vital signs monitoring
Infection control and safety protocols
Strong communication and empathy skills
Teamwork in fast-paced healthcare settings
