Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate critical care to CCU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Advocate for patients and families during high-stakes moments
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent CCU or critical care experience preferred
Commitment to per-diem coverage with flexibility

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Strong assessment skills for acutely ill patients
Proficiency in cardiac rhythms and emergency interventions
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
