Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine mobility, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve movement and reduce pain
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance training
• Document patient progress clearly and promptly in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, safe mobility, and injury prevention
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license for New Hampshire (required)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent professional degree preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtain upon hire
• Minimum 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills considered
• Comfortable with EMR documentation and outcome measures
• Able to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Experience with gait training, balance, and functional mobility interventions
• Clear, compassionate patient education and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and timely documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
