Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and document accurately and promptly
Monitor patient status, communicate changes to the care team, and escalate when needed
Perform treatments and clinical procedures within scope of practice
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges professionally
Maintain clear, timely charting and follow facility protocols
Support a positive care environment by mentoring CNAs and collaborating with staff

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
Strong communication, clinical assessment, and medication administration skills
Ability to work night shift schedule reliably and professionally

Education

LPN / Vocational Nursing diploma and high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Practical nursing knowledge and clinical assessment skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with long-term care workflows and regulations
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
Teamwork mindset and patient-centered care approach
