Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 8 hours, flexible to 10 hours for PT travelers, days and shifts to be discussed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize EMR systems for accurate and efficient documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working in an outpatient or acute care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
EMR systems (Cerner)
Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
Patient education and empowerment
