Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic diagnostic imaging procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, explaining procedures clearly
• Operate and maintain mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate imaging results
• Adhere to state and federal regulations, infection control, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation

Qualifications

• Current state licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by Illinois
• Current BCLS (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum one year of acute clinical radiology experience preferred
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Proficient in mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology

Education

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging techniques
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Proficient in EMR systems and computer skills
• Excellent patient communication and care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
