Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (specific hours may vary, but 40 hours/week required)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment
Scrub in for cardiac, ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn surgeries
Collaborate with surgical teams to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

Surgical Technologist certification (e.g., CST, RVT)
Experience in operating room settings, preferably with cardiac cases
Ability to single scrub cardiac procedures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in Surgical Technology (e.g., certificate, diploma, or associate's degree)

Knowledge & Skills

Operating room protocols and procedures
Surgical instrumentation and equipment
Sterilization and disinfection techniques
Effective communication and teamwork skills
