Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for cardiac surgeries and other complex procedures
Assist surgeons and medical staff during operations
Maintain sterile environment and adhere to OR protocols
Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment

Qualifications

Surgical Tech certification required
Experience in CVOR Tech role preferred
Ability to single scrub cardiac procedures
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols

Education

Post-secondary education in Surgical Technology

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical technology
Cardiac scrub techniques
OR protocols and procedures
Sterile environment maintenance
