Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patient therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans
Instruct patients and families in therapeutic appliances and care
Report patient progress and reaction to treatment
Supervise and train other personnel in physical therapy

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute/home care/rehab setting
BLS certification required
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills
