Shift Type: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate Home Health visits, typically 5-6 patients per day

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy treatments for patients in Home Health setting
Develop and implement treatment plans for variety of diagnoses
Collaborate with home health supervisors and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and timesheets for billing purposes

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification
Experience in physical therapy, preferably in Home Health setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
Completion of clinical training program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organization
