Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting with 15-minute rounds and being actively involved in patient care
Utilizing strong de-escalation and communication skills
Working collaboratively with mental health techs and other support staff
Providing high-quality care to adolescents and adults with various diagnoses

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS certification required, CPI preferred
Acute/inpatient experience required
Strong de-escalation and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse patient populations

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic Life Support (BLS)
De-escalation techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Acute/inpatient experience
Adolescent experience preferred
