Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during orthopedic and general surgeries
• Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environment
• Handle surgical instruments and equipment with precision
• Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams for optimal patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations to cover emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Washington State Surgical Tech license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience, specifically orthopedics
• BLS Certification required
• NBSTSA certification preferred
• Robotics experience or willingness to learn a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• EPIC charting system proficiency
• Surgical scrubbing and sterile technique
• Orthopedic surgery procedures
• Robotic surgery systems (preferred)
