Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all instruments used for surgical procedures and patient care
Perform daily biological and sterile supply testing while maintaining accurate logs
Organize and direct instrument needs throughout the facility to support clinical teams
Assist with endoscopy procedures and support clinical operations as needed
Stock and order supplies to keep the department running smoothly
Collaborate with team members to create an efficient and respectful work environment

Qualifications

CRCST or CER certification required
Minimum 3 years of experience in sterile processing
Active state license or certification as required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must be physically able to work safely at high elevation

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CRCST or CER certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile processing techniques and instrument cleaning
Strong understanding of disinfection and sterilization processes
Knowledge of biological testing and supply management
Familiarity with AORN, AAMI, HSPA, and CER standards
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
