Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the unit and coordinate patient care
• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage
• Oversee medication administration and inventory
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Mentor new staff and foster professional growth

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in NH
• Experience as a Unit Manager or similar leadership role
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a travel assignment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
