Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced step‑down unit
• Administer medications and titrate drips with precision
• Perform arterial line placement and maintenance
• Interpret telemetry and high‑flow respiratory data
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Champion patient experience and communication

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Competency in arterial line placement
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Valid RN license and ability to submit license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Nursing fundamentals
• Patient care and medication administration
• Arterial line management
• Titrating drips (heparin, nitro, dopamine, etc.)
• Dialysis, cardiac med/surg, cancer, vascular, sepsis, adult respiratory, stroke, renal failure
• Telemetry interpretation
• High‑flow respiratory support
