Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM; alternating weekends
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced step‑down unit
- Administer medications and titrate drips with precision
- Perform arterial line placement and maintenance
- Interpret telemetry and high‑flow respiratory data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Champion patient experience and communication
Qualifications
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency in arterial line placement
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Valid RN license and ability to submit license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Nursing fundamentals
- Patient care and medication administration
- Arterial line management
- Titrating drips (heparin, nitro, dopamine, etc.)
- Dialysis, cardiac med/surg, cancer, vascular, sepsis, adult respiratory, stroke, renal failure
- Telemetry interpretation
- High‑flow respiratory support
