Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and weekends, varies based on department needs

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Work effectively in a team to manage patient flow and care
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required
NRP certification preferred
Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in ER nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients and tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Electronic medical record (EMR) experience
