End Date: 12-27-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to diverse med/surg and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Document assessments and interventions accurately to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Recent med/surg telemetry experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Patient education and discharge planning
- Electronic health record documentation
