Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to students in a school health setting
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor vital signs
• Support licensed nurses in administering medications and treatments
• Document patient information accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and school staff

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in pediatric or school health preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent observational and documentation skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
