Location: Sacramento, California

Start Date: 06-09-2026

End Date: 09-08-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Varied start times between 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM, 8-hour shifts, scheduled 4 weeks in advance. Weekend and holiday call requirements: one call weekend/month (Friday 5:30 PM - Monday 6:30 AM) and one call holiday during contract. Minimum of two weekend/month and six M-F night calls (Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM).

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in endoscopy and procedural care settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
At least 1 year of experience in endoscopy and ERCP
Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience, critical care preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Endoscopy and procedural care expertise
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Electronic medical record (EMR) experience (Cerner)
