Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate respiratory care to patients with pulmonary conditions
Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed
Monitor and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
Assess patient respiratory status and adjust care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment use

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license in Utah
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred
At least 1 year of experience in acute care setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy; Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Patient assessment and monitoring skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
