Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for cardiac patients
• Provide critical care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float between Telemetry and ICU units as needed
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois (Nursys verified)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• DCI/BVP certification
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry or ICU experience preferred
• Ability to float between units

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong telemetry interpretation skills
• ICU critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
