Location: Chandler, AZ

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float across Telemetry, Med-Surg, and ICU units as needed
Titrate cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine
Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient needs

Qualifications

Current RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS for Neuro unit
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with telemetry and cardiac drip titration
Must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to contract signing
Ability to float between Chandler and Mercy Gilbert campuses if needed
Sim lab pass required on first day of orientation

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysrhythmia interpretation and EKG reading
Proficient in titrating cardiac drips (Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine)
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with floating to various units and adapting to new environments
