Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Coordinate and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide leadership and support to nursing team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Previous experience in skilled nursing facility administration preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
