Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatient rehab patients
• Administer medications and treatments in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in Meditech EMR
• Assist patients with mobility using lifting equipment
• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety
• Educate patients and families about rehab goals and progress

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year nursing experience
• Rehab nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
