Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to each individual in the unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document all patient interactions and care activities in the EMR
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self‑care
• Assist with discharge planning and follow‑up care
• Respond to emergencies with calm and decisive action

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with acute care settings preferred
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed
