Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
• Minimum of 6 months experience in geriatric care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient hygiene and grooming
• Basic nursing procedures
• Medication administration support
• Documentation and charting
• Fall prevention techniques
