Location: Kearney, NE

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM), every other weekend, holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to PCU patients including cardiac monitoring and medication administration
Titrate and manage intravenous drips such as Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, and others
Interpret telemetry strips and respond to changes in patient condition
Manage arterial lines and high flow oxygen therapy
Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed to care for PCU acuity patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with arterial lines, drip titration, and telemetry interpretation
Willingness to float to MedSurg or ICU for PCU acuity patients
Driver's license required to verify distance from facility (must reside outside 50 miles)
