Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to outpatient populations across diverse medical-surgical settings
• Assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Contribute to a supportive and community-focused healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alaska or willingness to obtain upon acceptance
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in med-surg, outpatient, or related setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a rural, culturally diverse community
