Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable day shifts with call, Monday-Sunday, flexible scheduling to cover all shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions with compassion
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
Develop and implement individualized plans of care for each patient
Educate patients and families to promote health and safety
Enhance nursing practice through continuous learning and quality improvement
Provide leadership and contribute to professional development of peers

Qualifications

Active Montana Registered Nurse license
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Diploma from accredited School of Nursing
Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
Preferred CNOR certification and circulating or scrub experience

Education

Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associate's degree, or Diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Ability to develop and implement effective plans of care
Sound judgment and professional demeanor in busy environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality
