Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the Circulator in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and smooth surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver exceptional care during operations
Prepare and maintain the operating room environment for a variety of procedures
Monitor patient status and advocate for their needs throughout the surgical experience
Document care accurately and support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active RN license in the State of Montana
Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
CNOR certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, with critical access hospital experience preferred

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in the Operating Room as a Circulator
Ability to handle varied shifts and on-call responsibilities
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable working in a critical access hospital setting
