Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Ortho, and Renal
- Float throughout Zone 1 facilities to support patients with diverse needs from general medicine to post-surgical recovery
- Monitor and titrate Heparin drips while maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
- Collaborate with designated charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adapt quickly to new units and patient populations while upholding the highest clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
- Neuro experience strongly preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various acuity levels
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across telemetry and medical-surgical units
- Comfort managing cardiac drips, neuro assessments, and post-operative patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts and float between facilities as needed
