Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living for patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure coordinated care
• Accurately document patient information and interventions

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania in good standing
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Electronic health records documentation
