End Date: 09-08-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, Days start at 7:00 AM and Nights start at 5:45 PM. Every other weekend, rotating holidays. OT and extra shifts available.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a cardiovascular surgical ICU setting
Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex patient cases
Participate in charge nurse duties as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a CVICU setting
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

RN license

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiovascular surgical ICU nursing
Critical care patient management
Electronic medical records (Cerner)
ECG strip interpretation
