Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality critical care to ICU patients and their families
Monitor patient condition continuously and respond quickly to changes
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update care plans
Document patient status and care interventions clearly and promptly
Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential (RN listed as core skill)
Experience working in an ICU setting (ICU listed as core skill)
Comfort and ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as noted in the posting
Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN required)

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care assessment and monitoring
Familiarity with ICU equipment and telemetry monitoring
Medication administration and titration for critically ill patients
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage acute situations
Collaborative care planning with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
