Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical patient care and monitor vital signs in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide life‑saving interventions
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum of 1 year ICU or critical care experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Critical care protocols and procedures
• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency
• Emergency response and rapid decision making
