Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment planning
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments for procedures
• Support patient education on orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Ensure a smooth clinic workflow and patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
• Experience in orthodontics preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Dental procedures and orthodontic terminology
• Infection control and sterilization protocols
• Patient care and comfort management
• Dental software and charting systems
