Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, days vary
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and communicate with families
- Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and ventilator management
- Knowledge of critical care medications and protocols
- Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Compassionate patient care approach
