Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, various days as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and perform advanced procedures
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
