Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate total care for critically ill patients in our specialized Oncology ICU
Expertly manage ventilators, titrate drips, and monitor patients on BiPAP and CRRT
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Perform essential procedures including trach care, dressing changes, and comprehensive patient assessments
Float to other ICUs, PCU, and BMT units as needed to support the broader care community

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of strong ICU experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proven ability to titrate drips and manage ventilated patients
Experience caring for BiPAP patients is essential
CRRT and transplant experience (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver) is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU clinical skills including ventilator management and drip titration
Comfort working with vents, CRRT, A-lines, BiPAP, and IV pumps
Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
Ability to provide total care including turning, trach care, and dressing changes
Excellent communication and rapport-building with physicians and colleagues
