Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing effective care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient situations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Emergency Room experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency Room protocols and procedures
Patient assessment and care planning
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Effective communication and teamwork
