Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Assess and triage patients efficiently
Develop and implement effective care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

2+ years of ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with central line placement, MTP, chest tubes, trauma care, STEMI, and stroke care
Ability to work in a high-acuity environment with varied patient ratios

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in ER setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of EMR systems (PulseCheck or Picis)
Familiarity with common drips and medications (Diltiazem, Cardene, Nitro, etc.)
